Start with billed energy and the settlement period
Use the kWh and current electricity charges from the bill or annual settlement. A monthly instalment can be based on an estimate and later reconciled. It should not be treated as a measured monthly effective rate without matching consumption and dates.
Keep the fixed and variable prices separate
Enter the consumption price in EUR/kWh and the fixed charge on its stated monthly or annual basis. If a supplier advertises cents, convert to euros. Compare the tax basis and distinguish a first-year bonus from a recurring discount.
Read switching terms before assuming a date
Check contract duration, cancellation conditions, price guarantees and any index-based components in the written offer. A technical switching process is separate from the contractual right to end an existing agreement. The tool models supplied terms and does not submit a switch request.

That produces an assumed figure rather than a measured effective rate. Use matched billed charges and consumption for the same period.
Does a fast technical switch cancel my contract?
Not by itself. Check the contractual notice and end-date conditions with the supplier before assuming an offer can start.
