Collect a written offer
Record the provider, plan, date, service area, currency, meter type, fixed fees and unit prices. A marketing banner or a price for a different customer class is not sufficient. Keep discount conditions and the date on which the price can change.
Separate the evidence types
An official tariff defines a published rate schedule within its stated scope. A provider-posted offer is a supplier’s own publication, subject to its conditions. A benchmark describes a reference population or cap average. A user-entered scenario contains the assumptions you supplied. These categories should remain visible rather than being combined into a false cheapest-plan ranking.
Count a credit once
A sign-up credit can improve the first-period comparison without reducing the recurring unit price. An exit fee can offset that advantage. The workbench displays recurring components and the selected-period total separately so one-time terms are not repeated in every month.
Check the commercial incentives
The current curated library is not a complete supplier marketplace. A lower modeled amount is not a supplier recommendation or a guarantee of eligibility. If HAUSE later introduces referral relationships, those relationships should be disclosed clearly and must not silently determine a rate ranking.
